1. When will the next shareholders' meeting be held?

The notification of a convening of the next shareholders' meeting will be made no less than 30 days prior to the date of the shareholders' meeting published in a report in the newspaper «RBC daily». 20 days prior to the shareholders' meeting, all shareholders who are entitled to participate in voting receive the notice and voting ballots by mail. In addition, these documents are available in both Russian and English on RBC’s website in the «Corporate events» section.

2. When are the annual general meetings of shareholders held?

According to the law "On Joint-Stock Companies," annual general meetings of RBC shareholders are held between March 1st and June 30th of the year following the accounting year.

3. When will the next extraordinary general meeting be held?

Extraordinary general meetings of shareholders are held upon the decision of the Board of Directors of the company on the basis of its own initiative, or at the request of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the company, the auditor of the company, and also shareholders (shareholder) who own at least 10 percent of voting shares of the company on the date the request is made.

The company Grant Thornton carries out an audit of annual financial statements prepared in accordance with RAS, and Deloitte & Touche CIS performs an audit of annual consolidated financial statements and a review of interim consolidated financial statements for the first half of the year prepared in accordance with IFRS. RBC’s consolidated reporting, made in accordance with IFRS, is available in the "Financial Results" section of the company’s corporate website.
